GreenFare’s new Executive Chef, Justin Matthews is already elevating our culinary prowess in harmony with our whole plant focus. Chef Justin previously worked at L’auberge Chez Francois and as Executive Sous Chef for Donald Trump National, and he is excited to be transitioning into this new way of food preparation and bringing his expertise in creative cuisine. Chef Justin is working in collaboration with Pericles Silva, our Food for Life Instructor and Operations Manager, to create truly unique and delicious dishes that are sure to delight your tastebuds!
