Pericles Silva is the Operations Manager of the GreenFare Organic Cafe and has a masters degree in Sports Nutrition. He is a Food For Life Instructor with PCRM and certified in Plant Based Nutrition from Cornell. He has been teaching classes at GreenFare and Whole Foods Market for over a decade.
