Pericles Silva is the Operations Manager at GreenFare Organic Cafe, a Food For Life Instructor with PCRM and has a degree in Sports Nutrition. Pericles started and ran the Health Starts Here program for 5 years at the Whole Foods Market in Reston and played professional volleyball.
