Our October-November Kickstart Program is a 21-Day program designed to kickstart your health. It consists of four weekly classes held each Saturday from 9:30am to 11:30am.
The classes include:
- WEEK 1: “Kickoff Class.” Whole Plant 101, Let’s go & Power of Your Plate.

- WEEK 2: “Food as an Addiction.” Breaking the Food Seduction & Keys for Natural Appetite Control.
Demo: Sweet, Salty, Creamy Salad Dressings
- WEEK 3: “Internal Health.” Digestive Health & Healthy Blood Pressure.
Demo: 4 recipes under 8 minutes
- WEEK 4: “Label Reading.” Shopping Trip
