Join Sharon McRae’s Columbia, MD Forks Over Knives Group for a special lecture by Dr. Jed Fahey, a nutritional biochemist and an associate professor at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, who will discuss his research on sulforaophane, a chemical found in broccoli, and how it may help combat type II diabetes. The lecture will be delivered along with an organic buffet brunch hosted by GreenFare Organic Café on October 15th from 12 noon – 2pm.
