Ayce B Ozerdem is a Sophrology Well-Being Specialist, educator, and mediator whose work bridges science, mindfulness, and human connection. With a background spanning conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, and stress management, she brings a rare integration of research, compassion, and practical tools to help individuals and organizations thrive.
Certified in Conflict Resolution, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Coaching, Life Coaching, Sophrology, and Qigong, her work blends the depth of scientific research with the gentle discipline of well-being practices to promote balance, awareness, and self-mastery. Her areas of expertise include Stress Management, Emotional Resilience, Conflict Resolution, Negotiation Skills, and Effective Response to Workplace Stress Programs.
